摘要
Transparent ceramics with high piezoelectricity offer potential applications in the development of advanced photoelectron and sensor devices. However, preparing ceramics with both high optical transmittance and good piezoelectricity is a great challenge. In this study, Sm and Pr ions co-doped 0.72Pb(Mg1/3Nb2/3)O3-0.28PbTiO3 (PMN-PT) transparent piezoelectric ceramics were prepared, and the effects of Sm/Pr co-doping content on the ferroelectric, piezoelectric, dielectric, impedance properties of PMN-PT transparent ceramics were investigated. Finally, the prepared ceramics exhibit an optical transmittance of 64.1 % at 900 nm and an ultra-high piezoelectric coefficient d33 of 1310 pC/N. The performance indicates that Sm/Pr co-doped PMN-PT ceramic has a promising potential for developing multifunctional optical-acoustic-electric coupling devices.
