摘要
In order to know inducer-short blade position influence on cavitation performance of high speed centrifugal pump, five inducers are designed and assembled before the centrifugal impeller. The whole flow inner the centrifugal pump with five inducers is respectively simulated. And the correspondence external performance and cavitation performance are done. The time-averaged N-S equation and the modified k-Ε turbulent model are adopted during calculation. The flow inner the centrifugal pump with different inducers is calculated, and the best inducer is found. The distance of its short blades far from the long blades is about 0.45D. Through the external characteristics and experimental study of cavitation, the head flow characteristics and cavitation characteristic curve is got. The experiment results show that short blade position's effect on head and efficiency is not significant, otherwise, the effect on cavitation is significant. And in the case of front inducer 3, cavitation performance of high-speed centrifugal pump is the best. Comparison by numerical simulation and experimental analysis, the best position of short blade in inducer is got.
