摘要
In order to address the limitations of information transfer from a building information modeling (BIM) to a finite element model in the context of intelligent design and construction of bridges, a methodology based on the secondary development of Revit modeling software was proposed. This methodology entails the extraction and compilation of information for transfer. A secondary development of Revit software was created using the Revit API and C# language, with the objective of designing a Revit external command plug-in interface for the transfer of model information. The feasibility of the proposed model information transfer method and the accuracy of the program interface for transferring information were verified using a prestressed concrete continuous box girder project. The results of research demonstrate that through the secondary development of Revit software, a direct mapping relationship between the Revit model and the Midas model is successfully established. The designed interface compiles the Revit model information into Midas-readable . mct command flow, thereby successfully realizes the transfer of model information to meet the design needs of bridge projects. This method addresses the issue of inefficiency associated with repetitive modeling and provides a reference for exploring and researching the integration of “BIM + finite element analysis.” © 2024 Southeast University.
