Research on temperature drop model of hot metal in simultaneous desulphurization and dephosphorization and desiliconization pretreatment process

摘要
Based on the hot metal pretreatment process at No.2 Steelmaking Plant of Baosteel, a temperature drop model of hot metal was developed. The calculated results show that the prediction precision of the model was closely related to the selected parameters. The temperature drop of hot metal decreased with increase of CaO content and decrease of Fe2O3 content in the flux. Moreover, it decreased with increase of dephosphorization rate and utilizing rate of Na2CO3. However, the temperature drop of hot metal increased with increase of correction coefficient of de-carbonization rate.
