摘要
Frequency calibration measurement refers to the use of a standard frequency instrument to obtain the relationship between the values delivered by a device under test with those of a frequency standard. The use of standard frequency instruments for calibration can ensure the reliability of measured results. Using the frequency repetition rate charac-teristics of the optical comb laser, the corresponding train of current pulses are generated through photoelectric conversion [1, 2]. Therefore, suitable optoelectronic components are used to generate signals above tens of GHz to achieve the target of microwave frequency measurement. In this paper, we have demonstrated the relevant signal character-istics by using the down-convert technique for measuring frequencies from 60 to 70 GHz and optimized the frequency stability of the system. © 2021, Chinese Institute of Electrical Engineering.
