摘要
Two 1/3 scaled prefabricated one-bay two-story shear walls with concrete filled steel tube were designed and manufactured. The major variable is whether it has the vertical slit. Low cyclic loading tests were conducted on the specimens, and the failure mechanism, strain variation, hysteresis curve, stiffness degradation curve and the energy dissipating capacity were analyzed. The experimental results show that the main failure mode of such a composite shear wall is flexure-shear failure, including elastic stage, elasto-plastic stage and softening stage; the sliding displacement of vertical slit is less than 0.02 mm. It can be considered little vertical displacement, and it shows that the connection of vertical slit is reliable. The vertical slit is connected by horizontal reinforcement, U-shaped reinforcement, longitudinal reinforcement and the rectangular stirrups. It is found that the existence of vertical slit has little influence on the capacity, energy dissipating capacity, ductility and stiffness of the assembled monolithic shear wall with concrete filled steel tube. The connection of vertical slit can fully meet the requirements of the overall performance. ©, 2015, Science Press. All right reserved.
