摘要
This paper researched the influence of mass ratio of ammonium dihydrogen phosphate(P) to magnesium oxide(M) on the compressive strength and setting time of magnesium phosphate cement(MPC). The influence mechanism of the m(P)/m(M), which could help to provide theoretical basis for improving the performance of the MPC, was analyzed by X-ray diffraction(XRD), scanning electron microscope(SEM) and election diffraction spectrometer(EDS). The results show: the MPC material system was composed of a large number of un-reacted MgO particles cemented by hydration products. MgO style was essential to the hydration reaction rate and the development of the MPC's strength; hydration products of the MPC were mainly magnesium ammonium phosphate and magnesium phosphate compounds, its composition and the crystal morphology structure was affected by m(P)/m(M) mass ratio greatly. When m(P)/m(M) ratio was 1/4-1/5, the structure of the hydration products was dense, and the strength of the MPC was higher. © 2015, Chongqing Functional Materials Periodical Press Co. Ltd.
