摘要
Geothermal energy is critical to achieving more sustainable and environmentally friendly energy usage. Geothermal energy and the availability of the technology, Ground Source Heat Pump (GSHP) systems are becoming increasingly popular for heating and cooling of buildings. GSHP installations in different countries are increasing at a rate greater than 25-60%. The GSHPs produce near zero emissions rates of greenhouse gases (GHGs). © 2010 Taylor & Francis.
