摘要
Aiming at studying the gas adsorption of simulated material of coal seamin the solid-gas coupling physical simulation test, according to the pore and adsorption characteristics, activated alumina, silica gel, diatomaceous earth, kaolin, 3A molecular sieves, 4A molecular sieves, 5A molecular sievesare selected as adsorption materials and coal samples of Tunbao Mine as comparison material. The WY-98A con stant gas adsorption analyzer is used to test the amount of gas adsorption and adsorption constant a, b of the above testing materials. The results have shown that the isotherms of both kaolinite and diatomaceous soilare gentle first and then steep. They are not fitted with Langmuir formula, so theycannot be used as the adsorption materials. The change trend of adsorption increment of activated alumina and silica gel are similar with that of coal samples of Tunbao Mine. The ratio of coal sample to its adsorption capacity is between 0. 6 and 2, and the ratio tends to be constant, so their change rules of adsorption process are similar with the rules of coal samples of Tunbao Mine. If their adsorption constant a is large, they might be used as the adsorption materials. The adsorption increments of three kinds of molecular sieves show the changing trend of "W", fluctuating at 0. 9mL/g, 0. 6mL/g and 0. 4mL/g. The ratio of coal and adsorption amount varies largely and is unstable. The change rules of adsorption process are not very similar with the coal samples of Tunbao Mine. Their adsorption constanta is small, so it is not a suitable adsorbent. The adsorption constant bin the various testing materials is quite different and less than the values of coal samples of Tunbao Mine. The results provide a certain experimental basis for the simulation test of "solid and gas" coupling with physical similarity and the selection of gas-adsorbing materials in the test. © 2019, Editorial Board of Journal of Mining & Safety Engineering.
