Decision-making on food cold chain collaborative distribution models

摘要
Carrying out food cold chain (FCC) collaborative distribution (co-distribution) is an efficient way to solve lack infrastructure, high cost and low efficiency on food cold chain distribution system. It can integrate transportation, warehousing, human resources. On this paper collaborative distribution models was classified to three categories, six subclasses by their social relationship, partnership and leading status. Based on the classification, collaborative distribution models decide principles and decision-making process for the third-party cold chain logistics companies and shipper enterprises was given respectively, to help companies select the appropriate cold chain collaborative distribution model.
