摘要
Through analysis of the wear data of wheels and brake shoes of the freight cars running on the heavy haul freight traffic line, the Datong-Qinhuangdao Railway Line, it is concluded that the main factors affecting wheel wear of heavy haul freight cars are the axle load, goods turnover capacity, brake shoe quality, wheel hardness and wheel diameter difference between the two wheels of the same wheelset. The relationship between wheel flange wear and tread wear is studied with dynamic simulation of freight cars. Investigation shows that wheel tread wear can be reduced and evened by using the new type Class C steel wheels to improve the tread and rim hardness, control the wheel diameter difference between the two wheels of the same wheelset and develop the new type high friction synthetic brake shoes, and wheel flange wear can be effectively controlled and reduced by condition-based repair management.
