摘要
Fe3O4 magnetic nanoparticles were synthesized by the chemical co-precipitation and modified by bilayer surfactants. Then the ferrofluid that dispersed in water and ethanol was obtained. In the presence of ferrofluid, Fe3O4/polystyrene microspheres were obtained by modified emulsion polymerization. The average size of the Fe3O4 magnetic nanoparticles is about 10 nm by XRD; And the size of magnetic microspheres is about 140 nm by TEM; Further more FT-IR and TGA were used to character rize the compontent and magnetic percentage. The mechanism of bilayer surfactants that modified Fe3O4 magnetic nanoparticles was expatiated and the influence of monomer, ferrofluid and initiator in the process of polymerization was discussed.
