Distributed power economic dispatch algorithm based on hybrid time-delay system framework under DoS attacks

摘要
Potential cyber-attacks pose a significant threat to distributed communication networks and the interaction of information between neighbors can lead to communication delays, which may be harmful to the system. Hence, a robust distributed switched algorithm is developed to address the power economic dispatch problem that simultaneously considers delays and DoS attacks. To tackle this challenge, this paper models the switched algorithm as a hybrid system with memory. By employing average dwell-time and time-ratio constraints to limit the frequency and duration of attacks, and based on Lyapunov stability theory, the convergence of the algorithm is proven. Additionally, an explicit upper bound formulation for the delays is derived and the relationship between DoS attacks and delays is analyzed. Finally, the validity of the algorithm is illustrated by MATLAB simulations.
