摘要
For improving the legal system and management of contaminated groundwater in China's gas stations, and also for establishing perfect gas station environmental management system, the paper firstly reviews the environment and management status quo of groundwater at gas stations in China, then points out existing problems of groundwater pollution control for gas stations, and concludes by drawing on experience of developed countries in gas station groundwater pollution control management. It is found that the following measures are fundamental for solving the gas station groundwater pollution in China : establishing better laws and regulations of groundwater pollution prevention and control for gas stations, developing the USTs leakage detection, protection and remediation technical specification, carrying out a comprehensive investigation and assessment of groundwater environment situation at gas stations, implementing risk-based environmental pollution control management, and establishing multi-channel financing mechanisms for groundwater pollution control at gas stations.
