This paper describes the possibilities for energy optimisation in sewage pumping stations, and why continuous optimisation is necessary in order to gain the full benefits. Here we look at new up and coming features that will enhance performance-on-demand, ensuring that minimum energy consumption is always obtained despite of changes in the system. © 2011 Elsevier Ltd.
