摘要
Murata Power Solutions, Miami, has successfully developed Okami PoL dc/dcDC/DC power converter, a modular PoL which is a way to fulfill the power needs of the devices such as ASIC, FPGA and DSP microprocessors and communications IC. PoL modules are used rapidly by suppliers which aims to offers industry standard products meeting customer power requirements at competitive prices. PoL power solution typically offers a schematic of the complete PoL circuit and a bill of materials (BOM). PoL modules can also be on a par or even lower cost at a straight BOM cost comparison to discrete solutions. A PoL solution in a remarkably small area with excellent thermal derating performance, adds to the appeal of a PoL module. Okami PoL dc/dc converter uses an inspectable land grid array (iLGA) package which features small plated cutouts that allows easy access for visual inspection and test probe access top all pads.
