摘要
Primary amine N1923 was utilized as an extractant to separate tungsten, molybdenum, and phosphorus from tungsten smelting phosphorus removal slag sodium carbonate leaching solution. This study investigated the effects of extraction equilibrium pH, N1923 volume ratio, extraction time, extraction temperature, isooctyl alcohol volume ratio, and extraction ratio O/A on the extraction efficiency of tungsten, molybdenum, and phosphorus. The results of the single-stage extraction experiment revealed that the equilibrium pH of extraction is a crucial factor influencing the separation of tungsten, molybdenum, and phosphorus. Under optimal conditions, the extraction rates of WO3, Mo, and P reached 91.52, 12.61, and 46.16%, respectively, with separation coefficients beta WO3/Mo and beta P/Mo of 80.34 and 6.31. After stage 1 reverse extraction, using a reverse extraction agent NaOH concentration of 2 mol/L, a reverse extraction O/A ratio of 4/1, and a reverse extraction time of 10 min, the single-stage reverse extraction rates of WO3, Mo, and P were 99.30, 97.66, and 98.48%, respectively. Simulated 4-stage countercurrent extraction experiments were conducted to determine the continuous solvent extraction operations. With an extractant composition of 12% N1923, 15% 2-octanol, and 73% sulfonated kerosene, feed solution concentrations of 30.0 g/L WO3, 31.68 g/L Mo, and 1.32 g/L P, at pH 7.5, an extraction flow O/A ratio of 1/1, an extraction time of 10 min, and an extraction temperature of 298 K, the raffinate solution contained Mo >= 27.03 g/L, WO3 <= 0.03 g/L, P <= 0.77 g/L and achieved an extraction rate of WO3 >= 99.74%, Mo <= 12.01%, and P >= 41.67%.
