摘要
Improving the business capability for the smart dispatching of dispatching centers is an important part for the development of smart grid. And a model is needed to guide its development and to evaluate its development stages, i.e., the smart dispatching business maturity model of dispatching center. Firstly, the business of the dispatching center is divided into four parts of perception, prediction, evaluation and decision-making to constitute the business chain of dispatching center. Then, appropriate criteria are proposed for each part of the business and the whole business chain for evaluating the different stages of their capacity. Finally these criteria are combined to form the smart dispatching business maturity model. The model proposed is of high flexibility and portability, thus capable of use for the smart dispatching construction in different areas. © 2012 State Grid Electric Power Research Institute Press.
