摘要
Aiming at the limited problem of the classic queuing model used in the service optimization of electric vehicle charging piles, in order to achieve real-time tracking and comprehensive optimization of charging station operating efficiency and service level, and to meet the query requirements of randomly input charging vehicles for individual service indicators, a dynamic optimization queuing model based on time series R/R/n/∞/m is proposed. The model does not require the input process and service time of the queuing system to follow a fixed distribution. By introducing a time sequence, the dynamic queuing process of the vehicles to be charged is simulated, the individual queuing status parameters of the charged vehicles are expressed, and the overall status index of the queuing system is obtained. The model is used to optimize the setting of charging piles for electric vehicle charging stations in Zhenjiang City. The results show that the model can effectively simulate and reveal the dynamic changes of the charging station's queuing system status, and at the same time meet the individual query requirements of charging vehicles, and realize real-time tracking and comprehensive evaluation of charging station operating efficiency and service level. From the decision-making level, the facility construction of the charging station is optimized and the service efficiency of the charging station is improved. © 2022, Jilin University Press.
