This paper analyses the actuality of the telecommunication network management system and the problem of the traditional telecommunication network management system at first, and puts forward a scheme to replace the original interface with the CORBA interface. It also puts forward the architecture of the CORBA interface of the telecommunication network performance management system and the method to realize the system.
