摘要
Zhundong coal will play a great role on the energy structure of China in the future. As its coal property is very special, it is essential to study the particulate matter formation characteristics of Zhundong coal and related control methods. Experiments were conducted on a drop tube furnace at temperature 1000~1300℃ to study the effect of kaolin addition on the particulate matter formation of a Zhundong coal. Results showed that, as the temperature increased, the amount of PM1 during Zhundong coal combustion were largely reduced at first, and slightly increased later, with the peak size became smaller. The addition of kaolin showed different performance at different temperatures, the PM1 was greatly cut down by kaolin at 1000℃. When increased to 1100℃, the PM1 was reduced to some extent. While at 1300℃, even more PM1 was produced with kaolin addition. © 2015, Science Press. All right reserved.
