摘要
Enterprise architecture frameworks are very important for achieving a common view of the primary resources playing in any enterprise (people, processes and technology) and how they integrate to provide service to customers. This work analyses the Zachman?s framework to: enrich it with a more process-oriented point of view (not so much IT-technician oriented) include traceability relationships between the framework?s artifacts to do it more dynamic to manage change. Additionally, traceability relationships permit to align strategy, processes, IT and people, justify decisions and manage change. Finally, we show how Zachman?s framework can be used to detect interoperability problems. © 2009 Inderscience Enterprises Ltd.
