Effiziente Mitarbeiterinformation als Rationalisierungsansatz in der Produktion

Producing companies have to cope with the increasing pressure of competition in global markets and the high demands for flexibility and quality while satisfying the customers' needs. Under these circumstances, the worker-oriented production is a possible solution, which is afflicted with specific and new challenges. In this context, an important aspect for the efficient integration of human workforce in production environments is to provide the workers with up-to-date and correct information regarding their tasks. The currently applied methods of worker-information during production are not providing the required performance and further more involve huge efforts in creating, administrating and distributing the contents. A novel, holistic approach for the production attendant worker-information was developed to make a contribution in reducing the efforts, increasing the efficiency and establishing process-stability at manual workplaces. © Carl Hanser Verlag,.
