摘要
To reduce the reliability assessment testing time for bearings, the reliability of rolling bearings in corrosion conditions was analyzed with inverse power law-Weibull accelerated life testing method. The point estimation of model parameters were presented by weighted least square method and maximum likelihood estimation. The interval estimation for model parameters and bearings reliability indices included Mean Time To Failure (MTTF), reliability and reliability life were all given by using Fisher information matrix method, which could solve the problems that only had point estimation but no interval estimation in common evaluation and make evaluation result more comprehensive. Based on AIC and BIC information criteria, the reliability assessment results of bearings in corrosion conditions were obtained with best assessment model. The calculating results showed that the proposed method had a higher assessment accuracy, and mean life of bearings shortened by 8.75% and reliability reduced by 16.83% as the corrosion stress increased one times. ©, 2015, CIMS.
