Voltage flicker parameters identification in wind power-connected regions grid based on combinational algorithm

Aiming at the flicker signal model under rectangular wave modulation, an optimized energy operator is proposed to improve the accuracy of flicker envelope extraction. The MSLD truncation window is used as the original parent window, and the MSLD self-convolution window function with outstanding spectrum performance is constructed by convolution computation. Based on the principle of spectral line interpolation, the parameter correction formula of the 2-order SCW function is derived, and the processing and identification of flicker amplitude and frequency parameters are realized. The simulation results with the control group algorithm indicate that the study group can effectively maintain higher detection accuracy of the two flicker envelope parameters under the conditions of single frequency rectangular wave modulation, multi-frequency modulation, integer harmonic and sub/supersynchronous components, fundamental frequency fluctuation, and Gaussian noise. At the end of the paper, the combinational optimization algorithm is applied to identify the flicker parameters of an actual power grid in a certain area of Xinjiang, and its engineering practicability is verified. © 2022, Solar Energy Periodical Office Co., Ltd.
