摘要
Aiming at the problem that the association and hierarchy relationship existed between the optimization of platform and customization, the platform-customization hierarchical optimization method in product family design was proposed. The scale-based product family design was taken as example to describe the hierarchy and association relationships objectively. The conceptual and mathematical models for analyzing and solving this kind of problems were built, and a numerical method based on response surface method was designed aiming at the solving difficulty of bi-level programming. The platform-customization hierarchical optimization design of a gear speed reducer family was presented as the example to demonstrate the effectiveness of proposed method.
