Analysis of evaluation methods' efficiency

The evaluation of complex issue often adopts some methods. It strengthens evaluation's science and rationality of through this measure. Due to connatural localization of different method, disagreement of evaluation results is brought forward. Evaluation methods efficiency is analyzed, three models: grade correlation coefficient, Kendal coefficient, compatibility degree optimization are put forward, realer conclusion is distinguished and got. It gives three methods using scope. The models have better science and practicability. It concludes with some advices for future research activities in the end.
