摘要
In this paper, organic acid lignin(OAL),organic ethanol soluble lignin(OEL),alkali lignin(AL)and Klason lignin(KL)were selected for pyrolysis-catalytic reforming to study the reaction characteristics and products rules. It is found that the conversion of liquid products into gas and coke can be effectively promoted by catalytic reforming reaction. OEL has the highest gas yield, and the percentage of syngas with the ratio of H2/CO≈2 is 65%,which can be used for the preparation of methanol and ethanol. For the coke,OAL has the highest yield relative to other three kinds of lignin. It is mainly composed of amorphous carbon and there is a small part of core-shell" nanoparticles formed by graphite layer wrapped Ni particles. Amorphous carbon, carbon nanofibers and carbon nanotubes can be observed simultaneously in the coke from OEL. The growth mechanism of "bamboo- like" carbon nanotubes is the different diffusion modes of carbon atoms in Ni particles. © 2023 Science Press. All rights reserved."
