With regard to equilibrium assign tasks and select right partners, adaptive genetic algorithm was applied to deal with this problem. Firstly, based on the concept of inefficient candidate, the solution space of the problem was reduced. Secondly, the fitness function was built with the main constraint of load rate, and a case study was implemented to verify the feasibility of the proposed approach. Finally, the standard genetic algorithm and enumeration algorithm were used to check the solution and the results indicate that the proposed model and algorithm can obtain satisfactory solutions. This approach can be expected to contribute to more efficiently enhance the manufacturing resources' utilization.
