Design of a multi-channel signal simulator for infield static test

摘要
An 87 channel signal simulator with various type static signals was designed. The signal types include large amplitude signals such as simulated noise and vibration signals, small amplitude signals such as simulated temperature and thermal couple signals, as well as resistance signal simulating strain parameter. The difficult issues such as many channels and complicated circuit were resolved by increasing the driving capability and using parallel output for odd and even channels. The proposed design fulfils the requirement for the infield static test and can be used as a reference for other multi-channel signal simulators.
