摘要
In this letter, a dual-component vertical electric field E-z and vertical magnetic field H-z probe is proposed for efficient near-field measurement, which can be divided into the coupling section and the receiving section. The coupling section consists of magnetic coupling loops inducing the magnetic field H-z and electric coupling monopoles inducing the electric field E-z. The receiving section transmits the induced signals to a receiving device with good impedance matching. The equivalent circuit model is built to show that the common mode voltage and the differential mode can be used to measure E-z and H-z, respectively. The proposed probe is designed and fabricated under a printed circuit board (PCB) and calibrated by the microstrip line and the slotline for E-z and H-z, respectively. The measured results show the proposed probe has a spatial resolution of 0.7 mm for E-z and 1.2 mm for H-z at 10 GHz.
