摘要
To address the problem of multi-level collaborative interaction of quality attributes and asymmetry of their respective correlation matrices in Service-oriented Manufacturing Networks (SMNs). The Quality Function Deployment (QFD) was employed to map customer requirement into the design process of SMN modular multi-level quality attributes. A multi-module recursive quality house method combining Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (FAHP) and Decision Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory (DEMATEL) was proposed to calculate quality attribute weights considering asymmetric autocorrelation matrices. The SMN modular quality attribute indicators were constructed from three dimensions of quality characteristic, quality ability and quality behavior. Then, the FAHP-DE-MATEL multi-module hierarchical house of quality model was established to calculate the quality attributes weight of the SMN modularization, and the key quality attributes were identified according to the weights. The practical application was given to compare with the traditional QFD and FAHP-QFD identification methods, from which we found that the proposed method could reveal the law of collaborative interaction among multiple modules, and the direct and indirect relationships between their internal factors better. © 2023 CIMS.
