摘要
Based on the rheological model of buckling-restrained brace (BRB) and the piecewise linear constitutive relation of shape memory alloy (SMA), a rheological model and the corresponding control equation are established to analyze the hysteretic performance of self-centering buckling-restrained braces with pretensioned SMA tendons (SMA-SC-BRB). Then, the numerical simulation for a novel type of SMA-SC-BRB specimen is carried out by the rheological analysis method. Comparison shows that the simulation results of the proposed rheological model matches the experimental results in the paper well. Finally, the parametric analysis of the hysteretic performance of SMA-SC-BRB is studied based on the proposed theological model. The results show that when the initial prestressing force exceeds the completion force of austenite phase transformation, its variation has small influence on the hysteretic performance of the brace. The increase of the cross section area of the SMA tendon can improve the self-centering effect and energy dissipation capacity. With the increase of the area of the core plate, the energy dissipation capacity increases while the self-centering capacity decreases. The increase of the temperature of the tendon can effectively increase the self-centering capacity of the brace.
