摘要
Increasing Efficiency in Series Production with Predictive Tool Maintenance. Due to the strong influence of maintenance activities on production costs and machine availability in series production, Predictive Maintenance is becoming increasingly important. The goal is to predict malfunctions in production machinery before they occur in order to take preventive maintenance measures. The use of Predictive Maintenance requires a digital infrastructure that both enables data processing as well as forecasting and at the same time guarantees a high level of data security. As part of the industry-related research project Data- based tool availability for serial production through predictive maintenance (short: Werk- PriMa), such an infrastructure was developed and successfully implemented. © 2019 Carl Hanser Verlag.
