Motion blur can always obviously degrade the quality of an image and bring about a lot of inconvenience to people's actual lives. In order to resolve the question of motion blurred image restoration better, a Wiener-filtering-based method is studied in this paper. Firstly, the formation factors of motion-blurred images and the imaging process are analyzed, and the motion blur degradation model is established. Then, the working principle of Wiener filtering is introduced and the steps of blurred image restoration are described in details. Finally, the experiment is designed for testing this validity of this method and the key steps are introduced. The experimental results showed that the method can finish the image restoration form blurred image and the image quality has been improved to some extent, so it can be widely used in traffic, medical imaging, industrial control and detection areas, with important practical significance.
