Analytical results are presented which describe a number of important characteristics of pulsed-shaped and monochromatic electromagnetic waves propagating in regular regions of the rectangular Floquet channel, specifically, in the reflection and transmission zones of twodimensionally periodic structures. The results basically relate to mathematical formulation and physical interpretation of the energy conservation law and reciprocity relations. © 2012 by Begell House, Inc.
