摘要
This paper uses Reliability-centered Maintenance (RCM) method to optimize the maintenance strategy of circulating water pump in Daya Bay nuclear power plant. The overhaul cycle of circulating water pump is given in the paper, and the cycle is far more than the proposed cycle (8 years) of vendor and the cycle of similar equipment at home and abroad, not only greatly reducing the maintenance costs, but also decreasing maintenance-induced failures, thus further improving the equipment reliability and availability. ©, 2015, Editorial Office of Nuclear Power Engineering.
