摘要
The nano-zinc oxide desulfurizer with attapulgite as support(Z/GATB) was obtained through the sedimentation of nano-zinc oxide on attapulgite, and used for H 2S removal. The preparation conditions were optimized by means of orthogonal method with sulfur content capacity for H 2S removal as goal. The results showed that the optimal preparation conditions of Z/GATB were the 3% sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate as modification agent, treatment with 1% nitric acid, the precipitation temperature of 30°C, precipitation pH value of 10-12, precipitation time of 6 h, drying temperature of 120°C, calcination temperature of 250°C and calcinations time of 3 h, under which the Z/GATB desulfurizer could be obtained possessing the maximum sulfur content capacity of 20.40% for the removal of high concentration H 2S.
