摘要
Steam co-gasifications of Jinshan petroleum coke(JSPC) with three kinds of coal, Xiaolongtan (XLT), Shenfu(SF), Gaoping(GP), were investigated in a laboratory fixed-bed reactor to examine the effects of coal kind on co-gasification activity, gas yield and gas composition. In addition, CO2 chemisorption characteristics of these materials were analyzed to investigate the relationship between chemisorption and gasification reactivity. The results indicated that at the same gasification temperature, with the increase of the content of coal in coal-petroleum coke co-gasification, not only the reactivity was improved remarkably, but also the release rate of H2 increased greatly. When the content of XLT was 40%, the reactivity of XLT-JSPC co-gasification was about 2-3 times more than that of petroleum coke alone and the yield of H2 raised nearly 12 percentage points. According to the reactivity, the contents of H2 and available gas (H2+CO) in gas product of co-gasification from high to low, the three coal-petroleum coke co-gasification systems were in the order of XLT-JSPC, SF-JSPC and GP-JSPC. As the different content of active mental in the three coals, their CO2 chemisorption masses were different. Besides, the gasification reactivity rate increased linearly with the increase of CO2 strong absorption mass (Cstr), the fitting strength was in the range of 0.97-0.99, which means that CO2 chemisorption mass can be an index of the gasification activity of carbonaceous materials.
