摘要：

A facile visible-light-induced photocatalytic cascade difluoromethylation cyclization of bromodifluoroacetamides and subsequent carbo-thioesterification is described. This protocol allows efficient access to a variety of valuable CF2-containing gamma-lactams in moderate to excellent yields under mild conditions. Detailed mechanism study suggest that a radical pathway is involved in the catalytic cycle.
