The steady-state vibration of thin plate with two opposite sides clamped supported and other two free excitated by simply harmonic force was calculated and analyzed by finite element method. Acoustic pressure and acoustic power were calculated through Rayleigh Integral, and the impact of stimulated frequency and position of stimulated on acoustical power were studied. The results by numerical simulations indicated that, the plate has strong acoustic radiation near the natural frequencies in the condition of a given stimulated position. The acoustic power reaches the highest when stimulated force lies on the middle point of free sides of plate in a given stimulated frequency.
