摘要
Widely applied in many fields such as national defence, industry, agriculture and daily life, the amphiphobic properties (hydrophobicity and oleophobicity) of polymer surface have attained great concerns. This paper summarized in detail about the principles and experimental researches in reducing surface energy and altering surface roughness as well as elucidated that low-temperature fluoric plasma processing technology is an effectual way in improving the amphiphobic properties through increasing the roughness of materials' surface based on decreasing the surface energy. In the end, we put forward that some areas of amphiphobic theory should be made further efforts, and also gave prospect that the low temperature plasma technique will exert a significant influence on the self-industrialization of the fabric surface amphiphobic modification and other applications according to the development of plasma science and technology at home and abroad.
