摘要
A new PVC-based composite material was developed in which 1,3-butanediol monoester of a mixture of aliphatic C8-C12 fatty acids was used as the plasticiser. The given ester was produced in the presence of catalyst nano- TiO2 (modification PS-500). The results of the conducted investigations indicate that the created plasticised PVC has far superior physicomechanical properties to industrial dioctyl adipate and dioctyl phthalate. © 2015 Smithers Information Ltd.
