摘要
In high squint operation mode for missile-borne frequency modulated continuous wave synthetic aperture radar (FMCW SAR), the Doppler frequency shift is induced by the continuous motion of missile, which leads to the frequency shifting in the range direction and azimuth defocusing. A quadratic phase error is also induced by the high speed of missile and the high squint angle, which effects the focusing of range profile. To solve these problems, a high squint imaging method for missile-borne FMCW SAR is proposed by analyzing the return signal expression in the wave number domain. The Doppler frequency shift, quadratic phase error and range migration are compensated in the two-dimension wave number domain, and then the imaging quality is well improved. Finally, some simulation results are given for validating the theoretical derivation and the effectiveness of the proposed imaging method. ©, Chinese Research Institute of Radiowave Propagation.
