In this paper, a current control mathematical model is established with fixed switching frequency for three-phase pulse width modulated (PWM) converter. The input currents are decoupling controlled in the stationary reference frame. A design method of inductance in AC side and voltage in DC side of main circuit is proposed. Based on the models of converter, the design method of controller is obtained. Meanwhile, the factors that influence input current harmonic are analyzed. A prototype has been implemented. The experimental results demonstrate that the designed converter has bidirectional power transmission ability with good dynamic characterisitics and has the advantages of unity input power factor. The designed method is proved feasible by experiment.
