Analysis of coaxial corrugated horn with axial slots by mode matching method

A mode matching method for analyzing coaxial corrugated horns with axial slots is proposed. The method first analyzes the typical subassembly in the coaxial configuration by mode matching, and gets the scatter matrix of whole coaxial horns though connecting the matrixes of each subassembly. It then ascertains the performance of reflectibility and radiation of the whole coaxial horn. Through analyzing and measuring the case, the basical identity consequences are obtained from different means, and the analysis is proved to be correct.
