摘要
To achieve the specified distribution of winding tension, a new hoop winding tension design model and a numerical simulation method were proposed. Based on discrete superposition method, the tension relaxation of inner layer due to residual tension of outer layer was obtained, and design method of hoop winding tension leading to residual tension of arbitrary distribution was built. Combined with temperature parameter of the elements on a finite element model, a calculation strategy of radial displacement coupling layer by layer was suggested, where residual tension was determined with given winding tension. Comparison research with calculation method of winding tension in the references shows that winding tension of continuous model in the reference is greater than the results of the discrete method, which is consistent with practical situation, and capable of winding tension design of different materials of mandrel and winding layer. The numeric simulation method can be used in winding tension analysis for spiral winding of thick-walled cylindrical mandrel of different materials. Applicable ranges of these methods were suggested in the end.
