This paper models the VoIP signaling parse system using a GI/G/1-FCFS queuing network, which solves the performance analysis of the open queuing network with multi-class inputs. The performance model is based on UML activity diagrams and function modules. The resulting model is solved using approximate calculation of iterative decomposition algorithm, The model depicts the system more closely to the real world, which uses five class customers, general distribution with independent interarrival times and exponential serve time distribution queuing network to model the system. Our approach predicts the utilization and the average response time of the system under the workloads and also identifies bottlenecks in the system. Performance results are reported back to the systems and can be used to instruct architectural design, which would be beneficial to developers to minimize investment and maximize performance of systems.
