摘要
Aiming at the problem of processing feed loss of CNC machine tools, a hybrid excitation linear magnetic suspension synchronous motor was proposed as the driving device, which suspends the motion platform on the guide rail to achieve frictionless feeding. According to the special structure and operation principle of HELMSM, the mathematical model of HELMSM was established. And through the Fourier analysis of the air gap flux density of the HELMSM model with different pole structures under no-load and load conditions, it is concluded that the air gap flux density curve of the motor is closer to sinusoid, the higher harmonics is weakened and harmonic loss is reduced. And the electromagnetic thrust force and suspension force of this structure and other existing different topological structures of HELMSM were compared and analyzed, which verifies that the HELMSM magnetic pole topology not only has higher electromagnetic thrust and suspension force, but also has a larger adjustment range and relatively simple control. It is more suitable for machining feed of CNC machine tools. © 2020, Harbin University of Science and Technology Publication. All right reserved.
