摘要
The synthesis and characterization of Zn (INA) microcrystalline MOF was conducted, revealing its high catalytic activity in the production of substituted benzyl alcohol (BzOH) to substituted benzaldehyde (BzA). The MOF was found to be cost-effective and efficient, with a short synthesis time and moderate reaction conditions. The MOF's structure was confirmed through XRD, SEM, and TEM imaging, and its purity was confirmed through EDS analysis. The TGA investigation revealed significant thermal stability with minimal weight loss and BET studies shows the substantial surface area and pore volume, suggesting potential for various industrial uses. The MOF's efficiency under mild reaction conditions, low cost, and absence of noble metals makes it a promising candidate for sustainable catalytic applications.
